Who
is the Brotherhood? The Brotherhood is a Diablo Gaming Guild. We are a non PK / Highly Legit Group of Elite Players. Whats different between the brotherhood and other clans/Guilds? Good Question. The Brotherhood started about 5 years ago with about 3 People. All served in high positions in other guilds already. They got sick of the ignorance and Imaturity shared in some groups and founded a new Group. A group that should be dedicated to the Players and not to the Leaders. A group that shares friendship before items. Since the founding year of 1995 the Brotherhood grew a large group of same-minded players. Most were serving in high Positions in other clans before they decided to join the Brotherhood. Is the Brotherhood using Tags just like ~BoL for example? no, The Brotherhood dont believes in Tags behind names. This has two Reasons. At first we dont like to gain too much publicity among the Realms. The 2nd Reason is that we believe they just look bad on the Character Names. On what realm is the Brotherhood playing? The Brotherhood plays on the US East Realm. This got decided in a Guild Vote at the Beginning of the 2nd Age. The Brotherhood wants to have their Members united on one server, and that is why me made this Decision. Do i need to start a new Character / Account with entering the Brotherhood? Yes and no. We dont require that you create a new account. Anyway, we request that you start a new character that will serve as your "guild char". It dont matters if you will have more characters beside that one, but this one will be posted on our boards (together with the Account the character is on) I want to gain Membership! How do i get started? The Brotherhoods Recruit System is based on Sponsorship of Recruits. At first head over to the "Recruiting Tent" Forum and post your application there. Include your playing Realm, your Character Name, your account name and your favored playing times. We usualy set times in Battle.Net time, for there are way too many Time zones onboard the Brotherhoods Forces. After you posted in the "Recruiting Tent" wait for a reply. The Administrator will show up and tell you the open Channel of the Brotherhood as well as some Brothers and sisters that might be on most possible on your times. This is the First step to gain Membership among the Brotherhoods forces. Where do i fiend the "Recruiting Tent"? Enter the Recruiting Tent via the Link from the Ambassadors Office. Do i need to register my name at EzBoard to start my Request? No. Recruits dont need to register their names to post in the Recruiting Tent. However, if you get accepted you need to register since all our other forums are passcode protected. Whats Battle.Net Time? Battle.net time is "the clock of the Realms". You can view the current Battle.net time by typing "/time" when you are in the Chat Rooms. Every Player, no matter if hes from America or Europe, has the same Battle Net time. This makes meeting each other much easier that with calculating the Time Zone difference all the time. (New) What are BoL Games? The Brotherhood is running Games for Members only. These games have hidden Passcodes and will not be available to Applicants until they have gained three Sponsors within the Guild. Do not feel rejected but look forward to join the true Community once you have managed to gain your Sponsors. How does the Sponsorship work? Every new recruit need to gain sponsors before he gets accepted to the Brotherhoods Ranks. Three Brothers or Sisters of the Brotherhood need to sponsor your Application to join our Ranks. After you managed to gain three Sponsors you have finished the 2nd step to gain access to the Brotherhood. How do i get sponsors? Sponsoring is quite Expensive for Members of the Brotherhood. Get to know some members. Enjoy your playing times! Make Friendships! Members will sponsor you on their own if they think you will fit our group of Players. Am i allowed to ask someone to sponsor me? No. If you keep asking everyone for a sponsor then your Application to join our ranks will be deleted from the Recruiting Tent and your IP will get banned. Members should sponsor you on their own, not cause you keep asking them to do so. What happens after i got three Sponsors? After you gained the Honor of three Sponsors your Application will be reviewed by the Brotherhoods Recruit Masters. The Recruit Masters are the ones that decide in the End if you fit our ranks or not. Every Recruit Master is a great soul among the Brotherhoods ranks and marks a symbol for the Way of the Brotherhood. I got sent on a Quest now! Why that? Quests given by the Recruit Masters will show your Honor and Loyality to the Brotherhood. It is not Required to complete the Quests in a set ammount of time but the sooner you get the Quest done the better it will look on your Application to join the Brotherhood. Someone canceled his Sponsorship! What happens now? Serious Issue. Members remove their Sponsorships only when they have great doubts that you will fit the Brotherhood. You will need to look for someone else to sponsor you then. Be it known that members dont remove sponsorships without good reasons, so there is something going wrong if they do so. The Recruit Masters will note this into their logs of course. My post got deleted from the Recruiting Tent! Why? Applications posted in the Recruiting Tent get removed from the Forum cause of very different reasons. Applicants that havnt been online for quite a while will get removed. Applicants that werent able to gain Sponsors after quite a time will be Removed. Last but not least People that dont meet our Requirements will be removed as well. Who are the Recruit Masters? The Identity of the Recruit Masters is hidden to the Recruits. You wont know when you are playing with one of the Recruit Council. How will i know if i get accepted? After the Recruit Masters decided to let you gain access to the Brotherhood you will be notified with a post on the Recruiting Tent Forum. I
